Networks are required to meet high standards of care before they can be contracted with BEST Life. To find out more about a plan's network, please select the name of the network below.

Dental Network Availability

In select states, BEST Life members who do not have DenteMax as their primary PPO network will automatically get access to DenteMax as a secondary network. This way members can use their in-network benefits even when they are outside their primary PPO service area!

The CONNECTION Dental Network is only available for our dental PPO plans. IndemnityPlus members may use the DenteMax network for additional out-of-pocket savings.

Medical Network Availability

BEST Life members who do not have PHCS/Multi Plan as their primary PPO network automatically get access to the wraparound PHCS/Multi Plan network. This provides members with in-network benefits even when they are outside their primary PPO service area!
